- Weather conditions in the mountains can change rapidly; itinerary or trek timings may vary depending on weather and safety conditions.
- Mobile network connectivity may be limited or unavailable in several sections of the trek.
- Individuals with asthma, heart conditions, severe knee/back issues, or other serious medical concerns are advised to consult a doctor before participating.
- Trek routes may include steep ascents, descents, uneven paths, rocky patches, and slippery sections during rain or snowfall.
- It is advisable to carry warm clothing, thermals, gloves, woollen caps, and jackets, as temperatures can drop significantly, especially during early mornings and evenings.
- Pack essentials such as sunscreen, sunglasses, lip balm, water bottles, power banks, personal toiletries, and energy snacks.
- Participants are requested to maintain proper discipline and cooperate with the trek coordinators and local staff throughout the experience.
- Meals and accommodation, if included, will generally be on a basic/campsite basis in remote mountain regions.
