About the Bagini Glacier:
Bagini Glacier is a glacier located in the Garhwal region of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 14,000 feet above sea level and spans a length of around 5 kilometers. It is a part of the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Bagini Glacier is fed by the snowfall in the surrounding peaks of Trishul, Dunagiri, and Changabang, and is the source of the Bagini River. It is a popular trekking destination, offering breathtaking views of snow-clad mountains, icy crevasses, and towering cliffs.
