Uttarkashi will be the first and foremost destination from where you will move to the little village Sangam Chati. As you proceed on your trek with an initial steep climb you will be taken to Agoda settlement.
Enjoy camping near the winsome campsite above the rivulet at Bhebra. Get ready to capture the glimpses of wild trails that will take you through a mixed forest high above the Asi Ganga before entering a side valley leading to Dodital. The third day made with a trek for 6 hours is designed to carve the trails reaching a height of 3310m. Arrive in Dehradun to start with a drive to Uttarkashi and en route have lunch and short breaks.
By evening, you will reach Sangam Chatti which is a quaint village market place and that is the starting point of your trek.
Get a briefing of the trek from your trek leader and retire for the night.
After a delicious breakfast, head out for a thrilling trail ahead.
Ramble on initial steep climb to Agoda settlement and mark the beginning of the Dodital trekking and Darwa Pass.
After which, you will experience a gradual trail to Bhebra that is dotted by some tea shacks and lodges.
Pitch your own tents and stay overnight here.
Post breakfast, take the trail that goes up steadily from Bhebra through a mix forest high above the Asi Ganga before entering a side valley leading to Dodital.
Just 5 km away at Majhi (3150 m), you will come to see the Gujar settlement.
Take a break here and dig into packed lunch.
Continue after lunch through the thick forests of rhododendron and oak trees.
At this section, expect a lot of snow that come along with some challenges and excitement.
Arrive at the serene lake in the afternoon and there only you will set up your camp and stroll around the aching beauty.
You can either remain at Dodital and unravel the lakeside areas or take a challenging trekking trail to Darwa Pass.
In case you decide to go to Darwa Pass, start early to ascend the summit as the initial part of the trek is a delightful one but then on it becomes challenging and tiring.
At the last leg you will have trudge on a steep and long trail.
But till the summit, you will be accompanied by stunning sights.
Witness the majestic Himalayas and then head back to the campsite to have a hot masala tea and pakodas.

Take today's easy trek to Bhebra that will mostly comprise a downhill trail.
Overnight will be spent in tents.
Post breakfast, trek for around 2 hours to reach Sangam Chatti.
Get a charming walk through the Agoda hamlet.
Then board the vehicle to Dehradun and the trip ends after you reach Dehradun.

When is the best time do this trek?
The best time to do this trek is from April to November barring the monsoon as there are chances of landslides on the way during those rainy months.
What level of fitness is expected from me?
This trek is fairly easy. But it makes a lot of sense to spend some time before coming on a trekking holiday getting some additional exercise. The fitter you are, after all, the more enjoyable you will find the experience. For this trip you need to be aerobically fit and also comfortable with walking up to 7 hours on some days.

What kind of shoes I should have?
You should carry high-ankle trekking shoes. Different shoes are suitable for different kinds of treks, depending on the weather, trail condition as well as duration of the trek. For this particular trek, shoes with thick souls are recommended.
What will be the facility of food and water during the trek?
There are proper meals with subsequent nutritional values planned for the people coming in for the trek. From dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 13, all meals will be provided. This would include nutritional vegetarian meals, a total of 6 in a day, with the addition of tea and coffee during breaks.
What all medicines I should carry? Can I take diamox?
Carrying medicines is important while trekking anywhere in the world. Your first-aid should have anti-diarrhea medicine such as loperamide but make sure that you don't take it unless getting to a toilet isn't an option. During the trekking you may not have access to pharmacies. So it’s better to have medications ready. Yes, you can carry diamox and can be taken too if having sickness/nausea
