This lake lies to the east of the famous Rohtang Pass and is an ideal weekend hiking option.
On your very first day, you will trek through the dense and virgin forest once you reach Rumsu. You will see the “Gowrishankar temple and the Naggar castle as well. On your second day, you will drive to Gulaba and trek to Rohlikohli. You will be trekking for around 5/6 hours and ascend till Rohlikohli. On your third day, you will start trekking to Bhrigu Lake which is the most exciting part of your trek.
The initial walk is through rice fields of Pandu Ropa with grand views of snow clad mountains. Enjoy the amazing sights of the region during this trek. You will also get a chance to catch the glimpse of Seven Sister Peaks or Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba. The shimmering waters and the crimson sunrays creating fabulous hues are simply spectacular.
